Getting started with Nolej: your onboarding guide

Four steps are all it takes to turn a first piece of content into interactive activities. This guide walks you from creating your account to sharing your content.

The four essential steps

01

Create your account

Three actions are enough to open your workspace.

  1. Go to fr.nolej.education.
  2. Fill in the requested details, then confirm your registration.
  3. Check your inbox and click the confirmation link to sign in.
02

Build your first module

Upload one or more pieces of content (PDF, slide deck, video, link), set your learning objectives, the difficulty level and the output language, then pick the activities to generate. The AI works only from the sources you provide.

03

Review and edit your activities

Nothing is locked: every generation stays editable.

  1. Open the module concerned.
  2. In the left-hand panel, select the activity you want to rework.
  3. Click “Edit” in the top right corner.
  4. Adjust the content to suit your needs.
  5. Save your changes.
04

Export and share

Your activities then move into the tools you already use.

  1. Open the module you want to share.
  2. Choose “Export” for a single activity, or “Build the interactive book” for a grouped export.
  3. Select the format you need, then download the file.
  4. To share online, choose URL sharing, switch the activity to public access, then copy the link or grab the QR code.

Going further

Once the basics are in place, these topics will help you get the most out of the platform.

Choosing your source media

Up to four input documents, with no size limit, across a wide range of formats.

Checking the transcript

Review and correct the transcript of your audio and video media before generating.

Framing the AI

Learning objectives, difficulty level, themes: the more precise the framing, the more relevant the output.

Selecting your activities

Pick from more than 20 formats the ones that genuinely serve your sequence.

Customising the output

Rephrase, correct, add or delete: the AI suggests, you decide.

Turning on the learner tutor

A tutor that answers your learners' questions from your content alone.

Good to know

Your sources are the reference

The AI works exclusively from the content you upload, which avoids the hallucinations typical of general-purpose generative AI.

Work as a team

Create teams to share documents and modules with your colleagues.

Keep accessibility in mind

Easy-to-read mode (FALC) and the Cantoo integration make your activities accessible to as many learners as possible.

The simplest way is to try it: a few minutes are enough to transform a first piece of content.
